Tomato Battle produces and promotes festival-style tomato fight events throughout the United States. Yes, people throwing tomatoes at each other. Lighter Capital worked with the company to fund operations and sales and marketing efforts leading up to an aggressive national expansion plan in 2012. Using this funding, the Tomato Battle events have been “a giant mess” – and that’s a good thing!
