Bouncyhouse.com is a Seattle-based company that rents party equipment for backyard parties, churches and schools. It is a seasonal business with the bulk of revenues seen in the summer months. Bouncyhouse’s owner, Dan Todd, was working on a nation-wide lead generation model that needed additional capital to help the company’s growth. Lighter Capital worked with Dan to structure a RevenueLoan that treated the existing business as a “backstop,” but gave him some fuel to pursue the higher-growth, higher-margin lines of business.
