Enjoy two days in a casual environment, packed with organic engagements and meaningful conversations that run counter to the typical stuffy, mind-numbingly corporate retreats.

Expect a full yet relaxed schedule that’s structured to help you cultivate your startup more effectively, advance your leadership skills, and build new relationships.

The Day-by-Day Overview

• Wednesday 10/11: 4 pm check-in, welcome reception, dinner, and introductions.
• Thursday 10/12: Panel sessions, roundtable discussions, breaks, and group activity in the Austin area.
• Friday 10/13: Panel sessions, roundtable discussions, Summit wrap-up. 3 pm event closes.

Panel sessions and roundtable discussions are guest-led. Attendees will have a say in the topics we highlight over the course of the Summit. Past topics have included:

Ticket Pricing:

• Late Registration: Aug. 1 — Sept. 29 | $995 USD + fees

Your Ticket Includes:

• Attendance at the Summit, food, and beverages during the two-day retreat, plus all scheduled group activities.
• Two-night stay at Lone Star Court Oct. 11–12 (checkout Friday, Oct.13), including free WiFi and parking.

You handle getting to and from the event venue — and leave the rest to us. Lone Star Court is located just outside Austin, about a 20-minute drive from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) with easy options for ridesharing.

Check-in and Departure

Check-in for the Summit begins at 4 p.m. CDT on Wednesday, Oct. 11, at Lone Star Court. We will conclude the event at 3 p.m. CDT on Friday, Oct. 13. We ask that you book your travel accordingly, so you won’t miss a single moment of the Summit. (If you must arrive late or depart early, please let us know ahead of time.)

Safety and Protocols

The Summit will be held in a semi-closed event space as well as an open-air environment for meals. As needed, we’ll take precautions for any surges in COVID-19.
