Linda Amaro has been a technology and business leader for more than 25 years. She has brought sanity, confidence and success to the industries she contributed to which include, manufacturing, transportation, insurance, data management, software development and bio/phrama. Her diverse experience creating strategic plans and leading organizations through change, brings a high degree of success to those she partners with.

As CEO of Klarinet Solutions, she is paving the way for companies to hire and grow their remote work force by providing tools for the virtual community/office. Linda saw a need for companies to be able to leverage “near-shore” solutions. This would give small companies an opportunity to attract talent from across the country, while providing opportunity to the communities in need of jobs. There is power in connecting team members through solid collaboration tools that employ workflow automation and connecting to your data from anywhere at any time.

Kim Folsom is the Founder of LIFT Development Enterprises, Inc and Co-Founder and CEO of Founders First Capital Partners, LLC a small business growth accelerator and revenue-based venture fund focused on helping underserved, employer based small businesses with funding and achieve exponential growth. Ms.Folsom is an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship and Business Strategy at National University School of Business and Management.  She is a high tech executive and serial entrepreneur with +25 years of experience growing innovative technology companies. She has experience founding, leading and building innovative startups for which she raised +$30M in institutional venture financing. Ms. Folsom either founded or was a key executive of the following ventures; ShowUhow, DriveCam,  and SeminarSource. Prior this entrepreneurial stage in my career, she was an executive at National Dispatch Center, Luce Forward, Alltel Systematics/Great American First. Ms. Folsom earned her MBA degree from the University of Pepperdine and a bachelor’s degree in information systems with minor coursework in economics from San Diego State University.

BJ Lackland is the CEO of Lighter Capital. BJ has spent his career working with emerging technology companies as an operating executive and investor. Before he joined Lighter Capital, he was a consultant to early stage technology companies, an angel investor with Element 8, and the CFO of Power Efficiency Corporation. Earlier in his career, BJ spent five years as the Vice President and Director of Summit Energy Ventures, a VC firm focused on investments in energy technologies.

BJ received an MBA from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business, an MA in International Studies (China Studies) from the University of Washington’s Jackson School of International Studies, and a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Claremont McKenna College.

Adam Riggs Zeigen, Co-Founder and CEO at Rock My World (@RockMyRun)

Adam Riggs-Zeigen is Co-Founder & CEO at Rock My World, a digital health fitness startup focused on using smart media to help people lead healthier, more active lives. Its flagship product RockMyRun, which debuted as the #3 health & fitness app in the App Store, helps active people have more fun and perform better during workouts by providing motivating music that changes in real-time based on an athletes performance. Rock My World’s has also recently launch, a chatbot powered by artificial intelligence that uses proven psychological techniques to help office workers move more throughout their day.

Prior to co-founding Rock My World, Adam spent 7 years at Qualcomm, a Fortune 500 mobile technology company, in senior business development and product management roles.

Prior to Qualcomm, Adam founded two other companies and toured as a club DJ playing both nationally and internationally. He holds a BS in Computer Science from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA with emphasis in Entrepreneurship from SDSU.
