Last month, InTouch Health announced it is buying Lighter Capital client TruClinic, which specializes in providing consumer online virtual care.
Through the deal, InTouch will expand its portfolio to deliver more virtual care programs to healthcare providers, which enables better continuity of care between physicians and patients, according to the company.
TruClinic was founded in 2010 by Justin Kahn, Brian Russon, and Trevor Wilkin. The company is based in Salt Lake City, with team members in New York and around the world. Their mission is to help providers deliver the best care and make it universally accessible. Their platform empowers healthcare providers — from individual clinicians to the largest hospital networks — to deliver care to their patients anywhere.
We worked with TruClinic beginning in 2016, and we couldn’t be more thrilled about their exit. Congratulations!
