Modern Logic and Lighter Capital Partnership
Lighter Capital and Modern Logic, a digital product studio, have teamed up for another 4-part webinar series that is sure to boost the success of your SaaS Business.
After the success of our first series – ‘Building SaaS Products that Scale’ over 2021 – we’re back with a new lineup. This series will be on ‘Scaling and Accelerating SaaS Startups’. We’ll demystify four areas of scaling a SaaS business: Sales, Marketing and the Buyer Journey, Product Development, and Operations. We’ll have experts from the Lighter Capital and Modern Logic, plus superstar guests who will share their direct experience on what has worked and what didn’t along their entrepreneurial journey to send you off with tangible best practices.
2021 Recap
2021’s 4-part webinar series covered building SaaS products that scale. January started off with “Beyond MVP Launch,” beginning with pre-MVP and some tips for getting to market, then going into depth on what follows. In April, we took a look at pivots, threats, and opportunities, looking at “5 tips for overcoming resistance” when pivoting, and “three big tips on pivoting.”
We busted 5 myths about startup scaling and advertising and looked at some tips to keep in mind before your big make-or-break moment. Finally we dove into what work is going to look like post 2021, and how to make that all-remote work switch. In October, there was a big focus on accelerating sales by getting to know your customer, driving deliberate market focus that evolves with your product, identifying and clarifying your target customer, developing a brand, and having aligned inbound and outbound strategies. To conclude the series in October, Lighter Capital and Modern Logic hosted a webinar centered around monetizing the digital engagement by applying gamification techniques to your app and website.
